"Selling a house under normal circumstances is stressful enough, but mine was a situation of selling the matrimonial home as a result of a break up. I was reassured that Rob had seen it all before and knew what to potentially expect. My spouse and I were not in direct communication and so it meant Rob & Brenda were communicating to each of us separately on ever detail, double effort.
